This is continuation of a build mentioned in Blossoming New 3 Hero Setup (Not Necros!). I have made some tests today in a simple H/H party during Rilohn Refuge mission. The mission appeared to be a bit easier than while using one-man version of Spiritway.

Hero Ritualist Pressure/Spirit Bomber

Purpose:
to support spiking by providing wide area pressure.

Usage:
Hero does not appear to need any micromanagement. When hit with heavy AOE (Drought, HM) used Feast of Souls correctly.

The build in practice:
The build relies on stupidity of monster AI. Hero uses Signet of Creation to quickly deploy spirits.
As soon as the monsters approach drawn by "shooting" spirits, they are subjected to health loss effect by Agony. Also, if the battle continues long enough, the timebomb spirit (Destruction) goes off further damaging monsters.
Spirit Siphon with high channeling and cheap cost of spirits allows to maintain high energy level.
Painful Bond is icing on a cake for damaging aggroed monsters.
Feast of Souls is for speeding up after-battle healing or for countering heavy AOE effects (with Destruction going boom as added bonus).

Suggestion:
Since the Spiritway relies on heroes providing quick healing backup, this hero may decrease overall self-healing ability of the team. It is suggested that additional healers are brought (Mhenlo + any other available heroes).

Synergy:
Standard spirit spammer support (the ritualist with Shelter/Union/Displacement/Shadowsong). Earth knockdowner elementalist.
